Jake Peavy declined a trade to the Chicago White Sox, reports the Chicago Sun Times and Jon Heyman of SI.com. The White Sox would've received Peavy, who has a complete no-trade clause through 2010 and a partial no-trade clause in 2011 and 2012. He has a $22 million option for 2013.
